General Information:
Space is limited to a total of 20 assigned tables.
Donations of Door Prizes & Raffles are greatly appreciated. Please advise
us as early as possible of any special requirements you may have.
Please send a digital copy of
your company logo (in *.gif or *.jpg format), a brief description of the
company and web link information. This information will be used to included
the company in the sponsor support page of the conference program and the
website.
Cost and Setup:
Vendor Donation: $300.00 (US Dollars)
This covers the admission of two company representatives; a 6'x 30" table
clothed and box draped, chairs, as needed, a continental breakfast, buffet
lunch, and refreshments during breaks.

Please contact us if your company
requires an invoice prior to the generation of a check. Due to difficulties
with some vendors at previous conferences, we must ask that all donations
be received no later than October 11th to insure your table.
